The Mabel Tainter Theater has a variety of opportunities for rentals.
We have the place for you - whether you would like to get married in a Victorian setting, have a reception in the Public Room, hold a business meeting or company retreat, or present a band concert or other performance in the theater.

Wedding Package Rental $700
The Mabel Tainter Theater Wedding package includes set-up and clean-up, however renters are responsible for their own decorations placement and removal.
The Wedding Package includes:

6 hours of theater use the day of wedding
- 2 hours of theater use the day prior to wedding
- Limited lighting and sound
includes: CD/tape player, 1 microphone with stand and house speakers.
(Advance Lighting and Sound Tech Personnel available at $75.00 per hour)
- Black curtains at full or half stage
- Dressing Rooms at stage and below stage
- Kawai Baby Grand Piano
(Piano tuning additional $75.00)
- Podium and 1 music stand
- White Pedestals
- Dressing Rooms
- Additonal Instruments available:
Yamaha Upright Piano $20.00

1890 Steere & Turner Tracker Pipe Organ $60.00
(Organ tuning additional $300.00)

- Sound or Light Board Operator at $75 per hour

Room Rental Available at Additional Cost
- The Public Room for catered functions $100 per hour
- The Library for meetings & receptions $50 per hour
- The Gallery for meetings & receptions $50 per hour

Box Office Services Available at Additional Cost
- 8% of total ticket sales to cover credit card and mailing fees
- $2.00 per ticket service fee
- Box Office personnel day of event $50.00
